Trick or Treat

Our first house we hit! and all she wanteed to do was pull the candy out of the bucket. She didn't try to eat anything just wanted to pull it all out...

So Halloween was a blast this year. We do wish we got to see more family, but we had a blast with the family we did get to see. First, I got Adlanna dressed up and we went and ordered our big pumpkin pizza's that came with free cookie dough if there was a child in costume. Then I got them cooking so they would be ready for when Chris got home. We ate and headed out. We ran into New Harmony because our ward was doing a party that it didn't sound like the trick or treating would be as fun as the trunk or treat in new harmony. Plus the family would get to see her costume. So we ran down and met up with everyone at Lisa's house, we all piled into 3 cars and drove around to house to house, we got lots of candy and got to visit a lot of the old ward members, we miss so much!

At 8pm we ran to the trunk or treat at the church and ran into more old friends, got a TON of candy! Adlanna got called an angel and often a fairy, more than Tinkerbell.

Then we packed up and headed home, as we pulled into our driveway a bunch of kids came from our front door, so we ran in and gave them their candy, we ran to a few of the houses on our street that we know and saw a few of the neighbors kids costumes. Then we took Adlanna home it was past her bedtime. Once the whole night did I think it was finally getting cold so we took Adlanna in the church for a few min, but it wasn't cold enough to stop the party, warm hands and nose... so anyway it was GREAT!See... that's all she wanted to do was pull it all out... and toss it, then she walked away. HA HA

I didn't get to take many pictures before the fun began of the cousins costumes down here, so I will tell you. Sadie was a witch, Jaylee was Scarlet o'hara, Jayden was death, Chance was a pirate. That is all the cousins we saw or that were dressed up. Although we got these cute pictures from Brittany of her kids. :) They were cute too!

We did let her try some fun candies the day after. She had smarties which she loved! And we did M&M's also... first candy and first chocolate! What a holiday!
