Christmas 2008 continued

This year at the Ross family party we ended up with a present from the gift exchange that Brittany brought, (but she brought one for us, so we basically took back what we brought LOL)

The adult gift exchange Chris pulled a Pots and Pans set that my parents brought, and I pulled a Clock... Chris wanted the clock so he wouldn't let me trade it for a nice strbucks hot cocoa mug and a reusable grocery bag once the game was over, but thats ok. As one of our gifts we brought a $20.00 bill and it got stolen the allotted amout of times... which always makes ya feel good when people fight over the present you bring. Braxton opened it first, then it got passed and then Greg ended up with it! Your welcome Greg! LOL the other gift we brought got stolen once.

:) We played another random game that Cindy wanted where you pass presents left and right when she reads those words in a story, and it was CHAOS!!! we had two circles but they connected so I was in both circles and facing one circle meant i would pass the present the wrong way in the other circle. .. anyway it was frusterating! I ended up winning a present, but my ODDs were pretty darn high where I was sitting. LOL

We started playing bingo for prizes like every year, but there wasn't time, people had to leave... including us, we hadn't been to my parents house to open my immediate family gifts yet. So they passed out the bingo gifts among the children and the two youngest adults LOL

Cindy passed out the gifts to the grandma's which were digital photo frames with pictures from all the family members on it, they both loved those! Adlanna got a bear and some money from Great Grandma Lou and some pjs, socks and toys from Grandma Ross. We got some cool stuff too!

Once back to my parents house we opened family gifts... we got House season 4 from Braxton, we got gift cards to Lowes from the Armstrongs, we got money from my parents, some kitchen stuff, some toys, candy and a patio set with table and chairs, and many more things! Adlanna got a potty and lots of toys, some cute piggy pj's... some other cute outfits and clothes, & a fancy dress, from my parents, she got a duffle bag with her name embroidered from the Armstrongs, Braxton got Addie a beanie and mittens with Brobee on them... so cute! We were opening gifts until nearly midnight! Chris gave me a new monitor so my colors should be better while editing photos, and I got him lots of wii stuff, we got all the remotes and nunchuks and two classic controllers, and he got guitar hero with an extra guitar, and xbox halo 2, and the now 28 cd.

The following day, we filled up Britts SUV with all her stuff and ran it over there... Greg had to work, so we helped her out. We were headed out to do some shopping and it was Addie nap time, so Britt offered to babysit while we went shopping.

So we left Adlanna and had some good parent time, we got a new battery for my phone for free at tmobile since my battery wouldn't keep a charge, and changed out cell phone plan so we can stop going over our 1000 shared minutes. LOL We got some brain benders books from Barnes and noble hopefully to help me get my brain back that I lost with pregnancy... and we tried finding a matching stocking for Adlanna or a new matching set with a few extra... but no where had any cute ones, and our matching ones are gone... :( We ran to the wood connection to get the letters K I N G to put on top of my pantry... but founds lots of other stuff instead... HEE HEE. I will show you those later as I get them finished. :) they are DANG cute!!!

We didn't make it back to Britts house until dinner time, and it was dark, so we picked up pizza to treat the Armstrongs for babysitting. Braxton came to get some pizza and we all ended playing rock band and guitar hero, tetris and other games until 2am. IT WAS Fun. Adlanna was asleep so we crashed in Kaylah's room... thanks Kaylah and Britt. Greg hadn't made it home from work (he left like 4am) by the time we went to bed.

The next morning we ran back to my parents house to shower and get dressed, and Britt, Braxt and the kids came over and we played in the backyard. We were originally going to make a snow man, but the snow had issues, and it was HARD!!! So they threw snowballs and got cold. Addie had fallen asleep moments before the snow fun, so she was inside napping while we all played LOL

We planned to go on a double date with Greg, Britt and us for dinner but Greg still hadn't made it home... So Chris and I ran to walmart, target and Cabellas to find some clerance stuff and some new work boots for him. Chris found some nice work boots cheaper than the last ones we bought and they have inserts inside that keep his toes warm! And I found a clearanced pair of nice water hiking shoes... for the next trip to the narrows. :) At target I had received my $35.00 gift card from www.houseparty.com and so we got Adlanna a dang cute hello kitty sweatshirt, and some onesies cause she BADLY needed them, some snow bibs to play... even though we didn't get to use them yet... and some clearanced toys.. :) WAHOOOOO!! Can't beat FREE!

After shopping Greg still wasn't home, so we all went to Applebees! Adlanna was fussy and didn't eat much, but we enjoyed a meal and shared a Blondie! :)

Then back to my parents house, we rented the newest Mummy and watched it, with Dad and Braxt. it was ok. it was good, but nothing compared to the first one... even the second one was better, this one was a little un realistic! :( but cool special effects!


The next morning we packed up and headed home, we swung by Sherie's house again in Delta to find the gloves we realized were missing at my parents house, but no luck! and ate some more yummy food then headed off to home. We got home just before dark, and unpacked!


It was a great Christmas! Thanks everyone for the wonderful gifts, and good times. We have such a wonderful family and are so glad we could spend it with you all!



Sorry it took so long to post these... I started on Sunday and Monday and now it is Thursday!!!! I have had a busy week! New years post coming up next!

Christmas 2008

So Christmas eve Adlanna and I woke up and daddy was home!!! WAHOO! He had one guy scheduled to work and that guy was a no show, so Chris couldn't work alone on that job, so he was off for the day! Which meant our holiday began early!!!

We headed out to Delta by 10:30am, Once we arrived in Delta we started partying! LOL We made yummy cookies, Even Adlanna and Daddy helped! We ate a delicious Honey Baked Ham for dinner and some pies!!!! (my fav yum!) We opened up a present at bedtime... or earlier in the day... hee hee. Us adults stayed up late (again) talking... and visiting. It sure is good to spend time with family! We woke up Christmas morning at 7:30am and opened our stockings, then made breakfast and waited for Doug to come back from picking up calves, then we ate, and then at 10:30am we finally opened the rest of our gifts!!!

We got lots of great things! Lots of fun books for Adlanna and clothes, and fun toys! I got some candles, the childrens songbook, some nice fabric sissors, Bath and body works foaming soap, too many things to name! Chris got a gift card to Home depot for cement for the shed pad we want to build next spring, or for a tool set he wanted... he gets to pick, the Batteries for his dewalt tools he wanted most off his list, and many more things ... again too many to name.. We got a Skookie from Cliff and Josie along with some smell goods, a pizza pan, and some nice work gloves for Chris that we somehow misplaced... :( Oh and he opened a work light and marshmellow guns from me and Addie. Then Adlanna got a cabbage patch, a foam puzzle mat to play on, of course the big presents grammy brought down last weekend, she got a pair of shoes that don't fit :*( and a few other pairs that will fit oneday. HEE HEE She opened a Yo Gabba Gabba dancey dance DVD and we opened it and watched it with Grammy... so now we all know the songs and can sing along. :)

Adlanna was so entertaining... she started reaching for something and instead of walking over to it, she would grunt like she just couldn't reach... it was hysterical! Grammy played with her doing that and they both grunted it was funny! She was very lovey and gave lots of hugs and kisses. She even got a kiss from Jetta the dog! LOL It was funny because the first while she would scream like she was terrified of the dog, and cry if we didn't get her far away... but soon she got used to Jetta and played and ended up getting kisses on the face. Nice Jetta.... she was very soft with Addie, now that Kitty Bugs is another story.. HEE HEE Just kidding, but something did happen once that Adlanna cried over... like she got scratched but we couldn't find a scratch... so who knows. but she continued to love on the kitty anyway! :)

Adlanna is still more into tearing the wrapping paper into a million pieces and handing you each one before she moves on... maybe it has to do with being dirty... who knows... but it took a while to open gifts... HA HA

Around 3ish we started heading up north to my extended Christmas party, the wind was loud and crazy and my family had text me that they had over a foot of snow already!!! (that's unusual for Saratoga) So we took the freeway to be safe, no crazy back roads that wouldn't be plowed, even though it added another 45min to the drive, we didn't hit snow once, we got rain a few times and saw a flake or two at a stop light, but all the way up to my aunt Cindy's house no real snow.

Adlanna meet Santa, Santa meet Adlanna

So Friday afternoon Chris got off early, and Grammy Sherie and Great Grammy Jensen came down to visit! Grammy had to bring some presents down early because they were so big she knew they wouldn't ever fit in our little car and get back to Cedar... NICE GRAMMY!!!
(I really wanted these items I am glad i'm such a good hinter!!!) Later that night we were invited to the New harmony ward Christmas party. They had lots of good food and people we miss from our old ward! They had all the kids do a nativity scene it was cute, and in between scenes they would sing and we would sing... the first song was a musical number with just instruments... Adlanna started singing with the instruments... Normally she sings in sacrament while we all sing, but it was cute for her to sing along with just the music. Then Santa showed up... that was fun. We waited for most of the kids to get their turns... we weren't in a hurry... although when I realized it was past her bedtime I wished I had thought that through and had run her up there first! HA HA HA Why was I worried. She didn't mind Santa at all... she just looked at him... curiously... It was cute! he even gave her a hug... and a little present...
After the party we went home and The 4 of us Adults stayed up talking for hours.. I know it was past midnight. :) Then the next morning we cooked some eggs and oatmeal and played lots of WII. Grandma Jensen played a few wii games, she played big brain academy, bowling, tennis, a few other things, she seemed to really enjoy herself and did really well, she beat a lot of us at bowling and nearly beat Chris at tennis. Big brain academy is what she played the longest, she got the hang of it and just kept on playing... I mean hours!!! Finally Sherie and I ran to walmart for some candy, and Roberts crafts for a Christmas present. We had fun shopping even though we lost a cell phone and ran around town a bit, it was really fun.... I felt bad for stealing Chris' mom and taking off for hours, but it was a lot of fun!!! We got some shopping done and came home to see Chris had opened Adlanna's little house and set it all up... Adlanna LOVED it! She carried the phone everywhere and just kept going inside and closing the door behind her... She thought mommy was silly when I climbed in to play too!Then we ate some yummy salads for lunch, and started setting up the tree... This is what Sherie brought down for our entertainment... it took 3 big bags of candy to fill it, and our tummies in the meantime :) But it turned out so so cute. Next year we are going to count the candy and put a certain amount on so that it can be our countdown tree... instead of a chocolate calander, we are going to have a mini candy bar each day. :) Sounds fun! I got some rubons for the pot, if you can see the one in the photo, but didn't get to apply them before it filled up with candy and now would not be a good idea to tip it on its side.That night Chris had me open 2 of my gifts, one from Adlanna and one from him... because we knew they were too big to take up north and have to pack back, so we thought it was more fun to open them with Grammy and Great Grammy then by ourselves. Chris & Addie spoiled me, she got me this lovely new computer chair, so my bum doesn't go numb when i'm working anymore! And he got me a beautiful new all in one printer/scanner/ faxer/copier. IT IS fun!
while we were shopping earlier I picked out a few gifts while we were shopping for myself.. not on purpose I would just mention something I liked and then next thing I know it was in the cart, so I got a cool cell phone skin and some goodies to eat, some other stuff off my list, and Sherie brought down some dishes with our names and a tractor sand blasted into them, Chris got mail that his mom had gotten for him for Christmas and opened those... :) Just less things to try to pack back and forth... I know I know... we kinda cheated, but it was a mini Christmas... the real Christmas is coming and it's ok if we dont have to pack it all back and forth or leave it at other peoples houses and wait to play with them later. (boy do I wish we had a bigger car!)

We then all ran to Sizzler to get a good salad bar and steak before they all had to head home.. it was yummy!! Thanks for the visit grammy and great grammy, it was a lot of fun like usual! :)

Over the weekend Adlanna was a lot of fun, I showed her a bear and said "roar" and she copied it was the cutest little ROAR ever!!! She gave lots of hugs and kisses and spoke on the phone pretty much all night, she loves that thing! She sang a lot with grammy at the christmas party and she is just getting to be so much fun!!!

Fridays Foods

5 Min Chocolate Mug Cake

4 TB. flour
4 TB. sugar
2 TB. cocoa
1 egg
3 TB. milk
3TB. oil
3 TB. chocolate chips, optional
splash of vanilla
1 large coffee mug

Mix dry ingredients well in mug
Add egg and mix well
Add milk and oil, mix well
Add chocolate chips and vanilla mix again
Put cake in microwave for 3 min on high (1000 watts)
Cake will rise up over top of mug, this is okay
Allow the cake to cool a little
Tip cake out onto a plate, add ice cream and EAT!

I paid 33.11(before GC) and saved 47.89 on the total purchase... not including the christmas presents I bought. :)

Let it snow, Let it snow, Let it snow

Saturday we got our first REAL snow storm... The news said we would get snow starting early and by 3pm we didn't have any, we ran to Walmart and when we left at 6 it was a blizzard. I was in flip flops... yeah that's right, I was annoyed that it hadn't snowed by 3pm so I figured if I wore them it would snow.. that's how it works! Driving home I got hysterical, we slid all over the place and were at a red light a few too many signals because our car wouldn't go at ALL... ok I lied, we INCHED!

On Sunday Chris was on Snow Patrol for work, so Adlanna and I went in with him all bundled up and played in the snow while Chris worked, and we finally got to see Chris' new office. :) HE got his own desk and everything!!!

Today I ran to walgreens to get a few killer deals.. (more on that later) While I was there I found out that Lisa and Jason Morrill (Chris' Sister & family) were just in an accident on I15 and rolled their car with the whole family and the dog inside... so Teresa (chris' other sister) had to go to the hospital to help them. So Lacie (our oldest neice) picked up Sadie (our other little neice) and had to drop her off to me on the way to clinicals at Walgreens. So imagine me with two young kids (not too young Sadie is like 10yrs) AND 2 carts... leaving the store... I was pushing one cart and pulling another. So when we got to the car, I set the carts up against the car and unstrapped Adlanna and told Sadie she could run get in the car... because it was WINDY it took a lot of effort just to open the car door against the wind. As soon as I tell Sadie to get in and she is in and the door is shut, there is a gust of wind that takes my basket with my diaper bag flying across the parking lot... meanwhile I had pulled Addie out... so I RAN across the parking lot with Adlanna in one arm to catch the cart,(so it wouldn't slam into a vehicle) then on my way back my other cart took off in another direction... So I booked it that way, and managed to get my two hands on two carts and a toddler... AHHHHHHH It was madness. So I finally got Addie and put her just on the seat while I held onto the carts and unloaded them with one hand.. and then finally got to strap her in. When I turned to put the carts back one was gone... so somebody watching might have taken it because it was empty... or just needed it... OR it ran off again, because I did spot a cart WAY WAY down the whole isle of cars on the same side, and where one of the carts had taken off in the first place... *deep breath* If this is a glimpse of my life of a mother of two, I am afraid!!!

I asked Sadie if she saw my carts take off when I got in and she said yeah and laughed... HA HA

Ok, so calm down. Lisa's family and dog are OK. They just had some scraps and bruises as far as I know so far, they are even being released from the hospital soon. BUT I don't think they have health insurance, AND now i'm pretty sure their vehicle will be totalled.. at least need repairs... and this time of year money is just so tight already. So please try to remember them in your thoughts and prayers. WE are so greatful that they weren't hurt worse, we really need to count our blessings... and please drive safe. :)

Tonight Lacie is coming to stay the night, there is a blizzard in New Harmony and it's working its way this way and she has class until 8:30pm (dark) so she is just going to slumber it up.. and go to school again in the morning from here. It will be fun to have a visitor. :)

Brittany: I did finally watch the amazing race and saw who won!!! I know I am behind I don't even know who won survivor yet... I should go do that now.

oh before I forget, Adlanna's vocabulary is expanding.. this week she has tried to copy everything I say including :*poop,*pizza This one sounded like pizza,*stapler *pretty.. and a bunch of others, basically anything we told her what it was she would try saying!
She successfully says: mom, dada, more, hi, kitty cat, meow, uh oh,I wanna count UP since she has said that, and i'm telling you pizza sounded like pizza. LOL

I love the Christmas season, so I am considering myself tagged by Heidi

1. Egg nog or Hot chocolate? Hot Chocolate... yum!!!!!!!! Eggnog only on occassion.
2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree? Wraps them... does anyone really get them unwrapped, I haven't heard of that!
3. Colored lights on a tree/house or white? WHITE I LOVE WHITE.
4. Do I hang mistletoe? I don't, but maybe I will next year... I think we both would like it!
5. When do I put up my decorations? After thanksgiving.. as soon as I can... it's never the same day... Because Chris isn't into decorating the tree, so It's when I have time.
6. What is my favorite holiday dish? not sure
7. Favorite holiday memory as a child? I remember falling asleep in front of our family christmas tree with WHITE lights and listening and watching the lights blink on and off and "dance" to the song silent night.

9. Do we open a Christmas gift on Christmas Eve? YES, My parents always had PJ's for us.. and They as the grandparents want to get the kids their pj's still... We started opening an ornament to hang on the tree that night, BUT Chris didn't like to participate, so it's kinda pooped out... But I thought it was a good idea because Then when they are old enough to have a tree they will have ornaments and not a charlie brown tree. I think Joane's fam tradition is a good idea too.
10. How do I decorate our tree? However I feel like it... I decided on a color theme and go to town...

It's beginning to look a lot like...

So we got our first snow storm of the year on Monday that was fun! Chris is so cute he came home with hot cocoa for us. :) He was cold!!! I have been getting a lot of packages lately, I got some gifts I ordered for Chris and I got my kitchen rugs!!!

YEAH!!! that was my black friday purchase. I got even more today, my Heritage makers poster, (yeah 14.99 BABY!!!)

and more Christmas gifts to wrap!!! I love getting packages!!

Yesterday I ran to look for items and I found little pine trees!!! Look how cute! Just the right size to put up on the top of my cupboards in the kitchen I have been waiting to find pine trees just this size!!! YEAH!! AND they were 50% off.

Also while I was there they had 50% off the christmas trees... and this year we hadn't put one up yet since there isn't really a place for it, but this skinny tree fits nicely in my entry way and it's out of the reach of the crazy toddler to pull over or try and eat stuff on it. this is what Adlanna did while I decorated the tree!

Especially cause Joane's tree warns about Lead poisoning and birth defects... A TREE? CRAZY huh!!!

So anyway I still have a christmas tree to give or throw away if anyone is interested! It's 6ft. :) bought it from target 4ish years ago. Mom Ross that means you can toss yours too, because if my little tree doesn't fit in my house, then your big one really won't. Thanks though!!!

I am sure if she had 6 hands she would be holding 6 presents!

Meanwhile I have been doing christmas cards, I am behind, I know, but let me explain. Normally every year we go after Christmas and pick out some boxes of cards for the next year... since they are like 75% off... well I have been searching in the Christmas totes to find those boxes and haven't found them, then I realized it's because we finally were giong to do a family portrait on our cards, so we just wanted to order the photo cards... So I had to hurry and get those ordered, I got them in the mail ready to mail the same day I got my first Christmas card from family!! YEAH! So I have them all ready to go, except a few... But most all are ready to send, some are waiting for special inserts. :)! YEAH.

I want to share how much fun I had last night. I embraced the inner chef in me. HEE HEE I wanted pasta and Chris wanted left overs... anyway it was a double dinner night, so I got the noodles ready and some steamed veggies etc... then I realized I didn't have anything to make a white sauce... so I glanced at some ingredients online and just decided to wing it. I threw in some cooking white wine, some milk, garlic, salt, pepper, basil and butter and mixed it all up... IT WAS YUMMMMMMMMMY! I was so proud!!!

I want to tell you all to watch "big bang theory" It is hysterically funny, with the exception of the last episode... I laugh out loud multiple times during this show, It is GREAT! Watchit! Who is going to win biggest loser? What about the amazing race? Any guesses????

Jaiden survived his surgery to reset his arm, he had to be given quite the amount of pain relievers though to put him at ease... so it's still a recovery process! We are proud of you Jaiden! Get feeling better! XOXOXO

So I mentioned that Chris ran out shopping and got my gifts and a few for Adlanna... so we both are suprised a little when she opens her gifts... anyway! Here is a pic of them... what do you think they are? I think we should have a guessing game!!! READY SET GUESS!

Adlanna has been a lot of fun lately, I wanted to share.

• She is constantly kissing... I thank Danika for that.. she kisses, then looks away, kisses again, looks away kisses even more and continues to do this forever, it's GREAT!
• She answers "meow" when we ask what a kitty says
• She grabs her own book and starts babbleing when I am already reading a book to her... she reads
• She hums and sings to herself when tired... she has always done this... just more fun to see the variety in the vocabulary recently
• She understands more things... If I say lets go get you dressed and get those jammies off, she will pull at her jammies like she is going to take them off herself.
• She brought me Chris' socks yesterday and wanted them on... so we put them on and she looked silly.
• If we are putting on socks, shoes or even pants and I say wrong leg I need the other leg, she will switch legs that she is lifting... she is a GREAT helper when getting dressed or undressed.
• she is always "helping" with laundry... she continues to pull it off the couch when I am folding it... and trying to "help"
• She has recently become a vacumn... she finds little itty bitty teeny tiny pieces of items on my floor and picks them up to bring them to me to throw away... she doesn't eat them.. which is good...
• We can just ask her if she is getting fussy if she needs to go night night and she will run right over to you to be picked up and go to bed...
  
• She knows the meaning of food... if I ask if she is hungry and wants some food... (just like Juice!)
• She says "momma" to get my attention
• Good news she has STOPPED throwing herself on the floor... It must have been the frusteration of missing her mom
  
• Yesterday I was organizing her clothes and I finally took down her mobile, and she cried... it was sad! (we need to go find a nightlight that goes on the side of the crib now!)
• When one of us stretches... she copies and it's so so cute!
• Animals... even when she see's dogs though she calls them kitty cats! LOL
• We told her a dog says "ruff" and she copied a few times over the weekend.. I don't think she knows what it means, but she tried anyway! :P
  
• everytime my phone or Chris' phone rings, she dances... even if we are on speakerphone with the voicemail she will dance. it's dang cute!!!
• Adlanna puts one of her hands over her other wrist, when we pray.. it's her way of folding her arms... so cute!!
• She says WOW and uh oh, and is constantly trying to copy other words...
• When something is almost gone or is gone, she will put out her hands palm up... cause that's what I do to say "ALL GONE"

A random question Britt: After we picked her up from your house she has this new thing she does... does Dani do this?

• Adlanna has started closing her eyes when she doesn't like what your saying or when giving dirty looks... it's hysterical! but wierd!

The weekend update is this:
Adlanna has very very very stinky diapers, enough to make ME gag.. and we are going to start looking into buying a potty. Chris started working on making the cat condo... he had fun, he also pressure washed the house and the cars... they are so pretty and clean! Adlanna has been acting like she doesn't feel well and had red circles around her eyes... so I think she may have caught what I had.. well still have... but it's much more tolerable. The house is clean and nearly ready for our visitor!!! Just a few gifts to wrap and get out of the hallway first. Chris went shopping alone on Sat. for the two of us, and he came back and said he had to transfer money.. which means he went over budget... so why we even set a budget I don't know he does this everyyear. And 2. he said that he didn't get anything off anyones list, he just picked out stuff HA HA he's silly I love that, but it concerns me when he has to transfer money HA HA HA (also because if any of you remember what I got for my first birthday together... some Xbox controllers HE wanted.. then you'll understand that I might suspect Halo or some other silly video game related item he "thinks" I want HA HA HA.) It's ok I still love him. We picked up beedle the bard the newest book from the Harry potter series.. it's interesting...

That is about it, since Adlanna and I are sick we stayed home most of the weekend and just got stuff done, we did play a lot of tetris party which is avaliable on WIFI for the WI and it was 1200 WII points. IT is a ton of fun, there are versions to tetris on this game that I haven't ever played and they are addicting!! TRY IT!

And I will mention that Jaiden is at the dr. today getting put to sleep and having his arm fixed, I understand as a mom that it would be very stressful and scary for mom let alone child... so our thoughts and prayers are with the Armstrong family today. We Love you guys!!! XOXOXOXO!

First off I have to say I want an Elf on a shelf. For those of you who haven't heard of this... It's a little stuffed Elf that comes to your home around Christmas time, he sits on a shelf to watch the kids each day to make sure they are nice and not naughty. Then each night he flies off to the north pole to tell santa, and when he comes back he hides in a new place. (so the kids get to play hide and seek each morning!) Anyway sounds like a good way to remind the kids to be good... just calling out for the Elf when situations arise... ** I understand Adlanna isn't old enough for this trick just yet... but MAN I am getting an Elf on a shelf before next Christmas!!!** (FEEL FREE TO GET THIS FOR US FOR CHRISTMAS THIS YEAR... Update: I have been way behind on a lot of things, I am sorry. I have been sick AGAIN for like the 6th time in 3months time. It's getting old. Anyway I finally feel better today. The last 3 days have been a nightmare, barely able to pick Adlanna up I was so weak, Chris has been taking over when he gets home from work so I can go to bed early! He is so sweet he even suprised me and brought hme some chicken noodle soup one night and had dinner all taken care of for me. Thanks hunny!


On another note, Jaiden my nephew (Brittany's little boy) Broke his arm... (again... but the other arm this time!) and he has to go in on Monday to get knocked out in order for them to straighten it and put him in a cast. He has already been dealing with this arm since the day we picked up Addie... which is the day he broke it... they wanted the swelling to go down before casting it, and etc... he would unwrap from the sling over night and wake up puking because of the amount of pain his body was in... and now he is a bit nervous to be put to sleep and have them straighten his bone out... No joke, I would be too. Anyway any thoughts or prayers would be appreciated for him and the family... since they don't have any health insurane and they just had a car totalled and another one engine die... :*( we love you Armstrong family!!! Hang in there!
