Jennalee is 2 weeks old

So at the 2week appointment she weighed 6lbs 13oz... gained a whole 1 oz... but that's because of the nursing issues below. She was measured at 19 3/4inches long. :) Still 25% for her whole body. It was a pretty boring appointment, he did say that she should be recognizing faces and smiling at people she recognizes, that's fun to know. She dose smile a lot.

Her belly button is all done, it needs a little more alcohol to dry it out, but it's looks like Addie's button so no more cord hanging on. She snorts a lot less than she used to, and she is pretty darn good at the NUK binky when she wants it. She is seriously very strong and rolls nearly completely over, she rolls onto her right side and its so fast she scares me. She has blonde roots growing already and her eyes are very blueish grey... so I think again she will be blonde and blue eyed like her daddy. She has been sleeping pretty good she does wake up once or twice now each night instead of having a every other night waking 3-4 times... so thats nice, during the day there is a few hours she is awake and awnry.. LOL She doesn't like to be in the bouncer like Addie used to love, she DOES however like the swing and Adlanna never liked the swing until she was like 9months. LOL

At the dr. office a little girl was playing in the waiting room with Adlanna and asked her what her name was and adlanna never answered. We usually ask her who this is and point to her, so in the car I asked her what her name was in case she didn't know what a name was, and she shouted Addie... so I guess she was just shy. but it was cute.

The trip was very pleasant and I would have ran a second errand but it was Adlanna's nap time so we just went home.

She had her heel poked for the second half of the PKU test and MAN she screamed like she was dying it was a new cry I had never heard and just broke my heart. :(
