WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

So I gained 3 lbs... LOL but that's not the GOOD news... i'm dilated to a 3 and 80%! WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOO, he said he will see me next week if i'm still preggo LOL I dont want to get my hopes up, but I was a 3 when my water popped with Adlanna... the BEST part is..............

I have only had ike 2 contractions since last appointment so I didn't even have to suffer to be dialating.. LOL he said it's because she is DOWN there and putting pressure down there :)

Serious lack of pictures these days...

I really don't know what to post. I have NOT been taking pictures and we just run around these days. LOL

So I guess an update is this:
Adlanna is adorable and she makes us giggle all the time and fake laughs too which just makes us giggle more. She is doing crazy things and saying things that just make me miss my little girl. Her hair cut is fun but i'm struggling to learn how to do it... she let me use a blow dryer and round brush the other day but the roundbrush was too big and didn't do anything but make it fluffy, for this I got a smaller brush to try today.

Chris is still stressed working in Brianhead, he is got a lot better, no more talking all night in his sleep and no more doing crazy things because he isn't paying attention... but in a few weeks it will be nice to have him back... and have his tuesdays nights his cooking night really his cooking night again... and can we say help with dishes!?!

I am feeling fat... of course, the baby just gets bigger and bigger and so it's interesting day to day. My psyatic nerve went crazy this weekend and cramped up and put me into immediate tears... or watery eyes and Chris ran over because of my GASP and helped me. Otherwise I am good, I have an OB appointment here in an hour so we shall see, I don't think I have had enough contractions to even be a 1 yet... so I don't even want to be checked but I guess I will just to get more contractions going... :(

The weekend was fun, My mother knocked on my door at like 8:30pm on Friday on her way to Vegas to pick up agnes the dog for a weekend of dog sitting for my cousin. Then Saturday Adlanna and I went up and ate lunch with Daddy in brainhead on the job and with the crew. :) Then we got home and Sherie my MIL showed up at like 5:30pm to stay and visit with us for a while. We hung out and ate some good food to celebrate my birthday... I even got to taste the white chocolate molten lava cake at Chilis ... Then we also went out shopping together and got some christmas and birthday shopping done for little miss A and some other errands done. Thanks sherie for the long visit and everything!

Oh yeah lets not forget we got a new family member this week we are testing out. We got a dog! Yes it's true I know you think we are crazy we went back and forth and back and forth and when I had my mind made up Chris decided the opposite and then we talked some more and we were both convinced. LMBO We have a 3yr old Shitzu/ Maltese... I can't say 100% it's heaven, because I was woken up by whining to let him out to go potty... and a few times barking at the cat in the middle of the night... BUT he is sure cute and sorry please don't kill me... but we haven't even taken a picture of him yet LOL He is a fluffball and needs to be groomed. Chris did take these while Adlanna was exploring.. LOL

Friday I also made and listed a few new bows on the MADEJUST4YOU site and boy that was fun and exciting!
I had 3 orders that night with those listed and I am thrilled to be able to fill them and keep making more bows. On Saturday my shipment of like 6-7 printed ribbon showed up so I can't wait to get into those maybe tomorrow and make some fun stuff to list more!!! Seriously I have one girl asking for a suprise bow and although i'm stressed about surprising her I am totally excited and have it 90% done :) YEAH!!!

Ok, that's it for now, I might update from the OB later if there is anything really to report we shall see. Right now I have to finish my makeup and hair before Adlanna wakes up and then get her dressed. :) **Spoke too soon she is awake!**

Birthday update & Adlanna surprise!

Ok, so I got my package from Sherie in the mail and was excited to open and play with my new camera LENS!!! YEAH!!!

On Tues I got my hair done just the same really as last time so no pics... Just a few more layers around my face. :) and more red highlights.

at Kiddie kandids we would say there's a bug on my nose to get them to look at us... yeah didn't work for Adlanna she wanted to look at her nose.

Oh and it's so funny, she nearly smacks herself getting her hair out of her face and so her daddy copies her and then they start smacking themselves in the face over and over and over and are just in giggling fits... it's entertaining to watch and contagious to laugh.

Then I played with my lens a little and they are all WAY similar.. but the different expressions... Gosh I had to keep them all.

Ok, so sorry about earlier... it was a pretty crappy last few days. I won't vent and explain it all but that O.B. Appointment sure didn't help.

So the full appointment update is... yes I lost two pounds... wierd but whatever... Then he checked me and said "she's WAY down here.., once things get going, she isn't going to take long! Do you feel like you have a bowling ball between your legs" Yes actually I have been telling Chris that I have heard of people thinking they are going to just pop the baby out in the toilet or whatever... because of the pressure down there... this pregnancy I feel like it... now I know why. SHE IS WAY down there LOL

He also said she is still head down, and we talked about my sleeping problems and he said that he could prescribe Ambien, but I have to go RIGHT TO BED, if I get out of bed to switch the laundry I'm going to hallucinate and Chris is going to be bringing me in thinking something is wrong. LOL He also wanted to make sure I don't have to get up with Adlanna in the middle of the night.. I decided I don't need sleep that bad.. he said I could try Tylenol PM. *shrug*

The pain I feel in my leg, yeah he says it IS the psyatic nerve... just more painful this time.. NICE...

ok, so enough of belly talk, onto the rest of my life. Chris and I got a lot accomplished this weekend... even though he worked on Saturday we got Adlanna's room nearly done... not 100% but dang dang close! :) So that's nice. I also found a few things I have been storing I forgot I had.. so that's nice. I have a hair appointment today which is what I told Chris he is getting me for my birthday present. Then Wed... maybe Thurs. I will be running to St. George to eat lunch with Kori, she just found out she is having another BOY!!! And to get out of the house... Wed. and Thurs are suppose to be overcast and rainy... so that's why those days.

Hopefully soon I will be able to have my grand opening sale for the bow blog and shops... I have been waiting on stupid Etsy and Ebay sellers to get a few supplies and get some major bows listed before this grand opening... However in the meantime... please tell me your Grand opening sale ideas... lots and lots and lots of them... what would tempt you into buying some??? PLEASE give me ideas.

yep that's right! dilated to a BIG FAT ZERO!!! The the o.b. says he is not concerned about the baby being big, she would have to be hiding real well...but they will do the US anyway... and if she is 11lbs or more then it will be c-section... STOP rewind... yes that's right he said 11lbs today... ummmmmmmmmmmm no. that's all, no he is wrong if she is ONE ounce bigger than 10 lbs he has a FIGHT on his hands... i'm not jokin'

good news I guess... is that I lost 2 lbs??

Another Adlanna story.. and other ramblings

Adlanna was asleep a few days ago for a nap. She was out for over two hours.. her typical nap is 2hrs... it was like 2.5hrs when she started making noise... I couldn't tell if it was crying or talking or just shouting... anyway it was just for a second then she would stop, then again then stop anyway this went on for about 20min... (sometimes like her daddy she talks in her sleep so I give it a min to make sure she is really awake) Finally It lasted a few min. longer than normal so I went down and stood by her door, I was STEALTHY quiet NO way she heard me. When I got to the door she was quiet so I stood there for a min, then I decided it was 5pm and she had slept nearly 3hours so even if she was still asleep she should wake up and I went in to cuddle and rub her back and wake her gently. :)

I snuck in there... however you could totally hear my footsteps on the carpet and laid down beside her... the covers were up over her entire head... which is NOT normal for her... and so I gently pulled the covers down, as I heard GIGGLING then when I saw her face she said "peek a boo!" and started laughing... GET CUTER!


A reg. update:
Chris is stressed beyond belief if you don't believe me let me tell you.. he has been up two nights in a row with a BAD sinus infection a few times a night... I know i'm already awake when he comes out to watch tv. , he is also TALKING twice as much in his sleep as regularly... talking about jobs and getting people out of the road, and that's not right re-grade it... oh yeah and he told Adlanna to sit down last night. LOL He didn't realize it was my birthday yesterday until 8pm when he was talking to his mom on the phone... *darn you sherie* LOL It is ok, I understand and I had a great day anyway... no worries. (he wasn't the only one who forgot)

I am not sleeping... I mean that... I lay down anywhere from 9:30-10:30pm and I manage to lay there until 12:30-1:30 until I either decide to give up and come out of the bedroom and do something sitting up until i'm so sore and uncomfortable I can go lay down and fall back asleep... Which by the way doesn't always work. The last two nights I have done that and fallen asleep for about 45 min, to wake to either Adlanna talking, or Chris talking... **maybe I should take her montior out of her room** then i'm awake for another hour or two... LAST night was the worst, I feel asleep at 4:30am for the FIRST time... no joke! Then woke at 5:30 to Chris and his alarm (don't worry it went off at 4:45am but we both slept through it for that long) and then again at 7am when Adlanna talked again. WOW it stunk! I should take the time to add, when I roll over in the middle of the night (45-50 times) one side I get heartburn and one side I feel like I have to pee because she lays on my bladder LOL... it's fun! I know your jealous!

Pregnancy: ouch... thats what I say.. I have just over 4weeks left and only 2 weeks until the US, but i'll just continue my rant...

• my hip/leg/who the heck knows... pinches so bad periodically I can't move, i'm frozen in my tracks.. it's not like when I had the psyatic (SP) nerve thing with Adlanna... it's BAD and doesn't stop it's constant OUCH... hurts from the top of my hip down to the bottem of my butt on my RIGHT side...
• I had to pee NO JOKE like twice in 20min yesterday the second time I refussed to go because I just thought the baby landed on my bladder and there was NO way I had to go again.. but after a few min I was in SO MUCH PAIN I went and sure enough. GRRRRR sorry TMI
• heartburn is more frequent and since I can't just pop tums like CANDY I have to wait like 30min for the medicine to kick in... sometimes it's pretty awful.
• depending on the day my belly button is protruding OUT, is flat or is an inny... depending on where the baby is LOL
• Adlanna likes talking to her sissy and will put her hand on my belly if I tell her that the baby is moving and she will say "what's that" if the belly moves

I have been making bows like crazy I still have a shipment of ribbon coming but I have made bows every day for a week now and its still fun! Which is a good sign, I made one of my ultimate favorite bow yesterday but it's waiting on one color ribbon to tie the knot on top before I can take a pic to show you all. :) I am also excited to try to make new kinds like butterflys, lady bugs, flowers etc. :)here is my first attempt at dragonflies... I learned a few things to do differntly next time. :)

Sorry so many posts!

I just wanted to put it out there and tell you that I had my uncle Ed pass this morning... we all knew it was coming but sometimes that doesn't make it much easier. My Aunt Judy's (my mothers sister) husband Ed passed, he had diabetes and had some seizures etc and has been having issues for a long time. * sorry I don't know all the details*

I grew up with their daughter Sarah and spent weeks at a time at their house so I feel pretty close to Judy and Ed. Judy has always been there and stayed in contact with me and I think I feel the worst for her... I just don't want to see her in pain.

So, If you would all say a prayer for their family and mine, (my mom is having a hard time with this she IS and always has been pretty close to Judy.) We would appreciate it. :)

Adlanna is all grown up...

I had to blog today (before preggo brain forgets!) and since Adlanna is eating breakfast and Chris is still sleeping I figured why not right now?

Adlanna was so freaking adorable yesterday and this morning I HAVE to write this stuff down.

So yesterday I decided we should watch the movie Tarzan, Adlanna has started getting into watching movies and since they have a lot of monkeys I figured she would like it. In the first 15min of the movie where the gorilla finds the baby and sniffs the diaper and covers her nose and the baby puts his fist into the gorilla's nostrils... yeah those parts... Adlanna was LAUGHING OUT LOUD so hard it was hysterical, it was shocking that she is old enough to understand the humor in something like that, and it was so adorable we re played the movie later that night for Daddy and Addie to watch together (since he worked yesterday) so he could see how cute she is!she wouldn't even look at the camera because the movie was playing...

In the middle of the day we changed her bum and we have been having her climb up on the changing table while we are right there for changes, so I don't have to pick her up as much. She does a great job. Anyway... we changed her and then came out in the living room, I layed on the couch because I was NOT feeling well... and within 5 min. I smelled a stinky diaper, so I asked if she had pooped... she backed her rear end over to me to check.. which made me laugh. So then I asked her to go grab a diaper and wipes . (I have asked for a diaper before a few times and she is trying to learn where they are etc... only once has she brought me one) She took off running and came back with a diaper. Then I said where's the wipes, run and grab the wipes.... that I wipe your bum with... and she takes off running again, no sooner than to return with the wipes. IT WAS AWESOME!!! so then she layed down on the floor and was ready for her bum to be changed. Afterwards I told her to go put the wipes away and watched her run down the hall and throw them on the changing table, then I told her to put the diaper in the garbage (she often throws things away for us) and she ran down the hall and threw the diaper on the changing table LOL... 3 out of 4 requests isn't bad.

I was so proud that she is getting so big that she can learn things so fast and help us out already... but it was a eye opener that she is getting too big!

This morning I went in to her bedroom when she woke up and I had a headache immediatly from waking up, so I layed on her pillow with her and got my morning hugs and kisses. She jumpbed up to play with the kitty like normal and wanted me to come with her. I told her I had an ouchie on my head and I needed a kiss. So she kissed my forehead then went on her way. Then she wanted me to play again I told her, my ouchie needed medicine. She took off running and returned with a bottle of desitin and said "MEDICINE" LMBO seriously... this kid is so smart!!! Can't wait for Chris to wake up so I can tell him, how big his little girl is.

a few things we have been up to

So I thought I would quickly do a update... sorry no pics.

1. the baby finally had hiccups for the first time a few nights ago and has had them 3 times since... I remember with Adlanna she had hiccups ALL the time... I was surprised this was the first time I felt this one hiccup.

2. The Ultrasound is on the 4th of Sep and I moved the time up to 3:30pm because I wanted to be able to go over to the OB office from there and talk to him IF the baby is large because at 5:30pm I would have had to wait until the following Tues to talk to him and schedule a c-section if it comes to that... too much time to wait and be in anticipation.

3. I was freaking out the other day thinking (yeah Britt you didn't help!) that I needed to be ready for this kid by the time the US is here because **someone mentioned that it could be scheduled c-section right then and I better be packed... So basically I was freaking out realizing it's a mere 3 weeks away... have you seen the girls' rooms? Yeah no you haven't because they are still a complete mess... so what did I do.. yeah I called lacey. She always bails me out... She came over and pulled out all the 0-3 3-6 6-9 mo old clothes of adlannas and we sorted them made a giveaway pile and a wash pile and put them all in her drawers... this also means I have the outfit Jenna is suppose to come home in finally in the laundry so it can be clean and ready to wear ... yeah part of that packing my bags thing. Then we moved all the toys from the babys room to Addies room and got it all nice and pretty and orgnanized. I need to vacumn and finish the "Jennalee" blocks then I can take a pic for you.
Adlanna's room still needs work, but we ran out of time and I ran out of umph... it doesn't take much these days. So I will take pics of that when it's all done, all the toys were sorted and put away in her room even though she was pulling each one back out to play once i found a place for it to have a home. :) I just have to clear off the top bunk of the bed, and get chris to reach the top of the closet to pull the rest of that stuff out, then just decorate and WAHLA! again pictures later.

4. I almost just typed 3 again LOL I can't count. I have a painting being drawn up and painted by a girl I went to highschool with... I am so freaking excited about it for Adlanna's room YEAH!!!

5. I am having a blog makeover on my bow blog to match up with my Etsy site and have a grand opening... Then I will have you all spread the word so I can make some money... thanks to Chris' cousin at www.mylife.xpressed.blogspot.com

6. I have a big giveaway party scheduled to start Aug 30-through the first week of SEp. with more than 1 giveaway item EACH DAY on the BUZZ blog... its taken a lot of time and work and I would love if if you would spread the word and get your friends and family over to peek and enter each day... all day. :) Plus you can always enter to win the things you really don't want and just donate them to me because each thing on the list is something I would personally WANT!!! and I don't get to enter my own giveaways so help a sister out.... Which brings me to

7. My birthday is in a week... yep the 20th one week from today which means you all need to make sure you have my gifts ready... I will be waiting! LOL

I think that's it... I know last night Adlanna did something hylerious I thought I need to blog that.. but preggo brain can't seem to remember now... so whatever... I will update with pics as soon as I at least get Jenna's name done.. I started painting them and stopped I was so frusterated they aren't turning out the way I want... so lets hope I can save them!

The Hogle Zoo & 34 week O.B. Appointment

Sunday we went to the Hogle Zoo... it was only suppose to get up to like 79 degrees so we figured this was our chance to go. :) There was an adorable baby giraffe, and a baby snow leopard.

After the zoo we met my family for dinner and filled up our bellies before heading the long drive home :) Thanks for coming everyone!

Today I had my 33weeks and 5 day appointment.
The baby's HB was 144bpm, she feels like she is head down, I gained a whole .8pounds... so 1 pound up. My belly finally measures RIGHT on the BUTTON he said...

I got to schedule my Ultrasound for Sep 4th at 5:30pm. ( I might move the time a few hours earlier: I will be 37weeks and 2days)

He said my next appointment which is 35weeks and 5 days he does the strep test and IF I want him to check me he can see if i'm dialated. Which hello, if he's going to be down there he might as well!!! That's my thoughts. Otherwise I am still fine without insulin... and he wants me to keep up the good work. :)
