Weekend of pictures Saturday

Friday night I found some twin/full and bunk beds to go see at yard sales and just in the paper for Saturday morning since we were going to be in Washington for Chris' 1st competition tractor pull.

So we found 1 SLIDE bed in St. George so we woke at 5:30am, left at 6am to get there when it opened at 7am. We were the first ones there, and with a SLIDE attached to a bed, Chris was SOLD! We got Adlanna a SLIDE bed and a dresser.. (which might stay in the baby's room (we will still need one more dresser)

Then we drove over to check out this bunk bed, which I LOVED but the darn people sold it 20min before they said they opened, the neighbors came out of the garage with it, and carried it off before any of the yard sale items were out to even see... I WAS MAD! I would have been my dream bed for Adlanna! but o'well.

Then we went to target for a few things I needed and to check out diaper bags, I desperately need a new one! No luck, then we went to kid to kid that was closed, Walmart and then over to the tractor pull. We got there just in time, and had to search for a shady place to sit!

They began reading off the list of who was in what order... Chris was bumped to #30... because they had new people join the club... he was like 22 in the past... a grand total of 55 pulls. Anyway it was fun once we found a shady nice breezy place to sit. We had gotten lunch on the way over that seemed to entertain Adlanna for a while, and we got her some cars/trucks toys to play with from Walmart to entertain her if she got restless... and we didn't pull those out until after Daddy pulled his turn... so it was nice.

Chris pulled and made a 76ft 1inch pull (which was WAY better than the 55ft pull at the FUNRUN a few weeks back!) (notice his tires are LOW!!!)

Then we watched Dave (Chris' boss) and Rosemary (his wife) pull their 3 tractors ...

Check out the SCREAMING RED SEAMAN... I don't remember seeing this tractor before it was HUGE, noisy and as you can see in the pics, it was doing a wheelie for MORE than half the pull!

In the end Chris won a 3rd place ribbon in his weight class, and was PROUD of his pull!

she is doing CHOO CHOO for a train in this pic, we taught her what a tractor says too!

After Dave loaded up all the tractors we ran to Texas Roadhouse and ate dinner with Dave and Rosemary. yummmmmmmm!!!! Adlanna ate nearly the WHOLE mac and cheese it was incredible!!!

We got home after dark, so we went straight to bed... it was a long HOT day... too much sun for me and my belly. :) But still FUN!

Anyone who is interested in knowing his Tractor pull schedule let us know we will be happy to give you dates and locations so you can come cheer him on!

Also these Apple pictures reminds me one day last week I gave Adlanna a full apple to see what she would do with it, she skinned it with her teeth, then went to town a few min later where I thought she could hardly make a dent, she had eaten to the core on nearly the whole apple she had like 4 bites left.. HA HA HA She would have devoured the whole thing If she had time!!! HA HA HA
